From St. Louis (Highway 70)
Follow Highway 70 west to Exit 220/Highway 79 north, then travel 43 miles to Clarksville, MO. As you approach the Clarksville city limits, you’ll see The Clarksville Station Restaurant on your left.
From St. Louis (Highway 40/61)
Follow Highway 40/61 north to the Eolia exit. After you exit, turn right on Highway D. Continue on Highway D until you reach highway WW. Turn right and follow WW to Highway W. Turn left and follow W all the way into Clarksville. When you reach Highway 79, turn right. In about a half of a mile, you’ll see The Clarksville Station clock tower.
From Kansas City
Follow Highway 70 east to Highway 61 north, towards Hannibal. Travel 33 miles to the exit at Eolia, then turn right on Highway D. Continue on Highway D until you reach highway WW. Turn right and follow WW to Highway W. Turn left and follow W all the way into Clarksville. When you reach Highway 79, turn right. In about a half of a mile, you’ll see The Clarksville Station clock tower.
